AMAZING CARPET CLEANING!!!

Norbert from Magnificent Carpet Care cleaned our carpets today! Each year we ask him to come by and rejuvenate our carpet. We installed this carpet just after we bought the home and Norbert is impeccable with the service he provides! He is wonderful with our family, listens and responds with the utmost care and respect and treats our GIANT Great Dane with genuine love. He is 100% the BEST person we have ever used to care for our carpet!

  Norbert came to our house and deep cleaned carpets in 3 of our rooms. He removed all the stains. We have 2 cats, and we were amazed that how much cat hair he cleaned out. Our carpets look like new despite the fact that they're 19 years old. Norbert is very personable and professional. We will definitely ask him to come back next year!

  Recently bought a house and the carpets had visible stains, but to the dismay of my OCD self, I found not-so-visible stains with a black light. Chatted with Norbert, who was very kind and patient with my questions. Responses were quick too. Scheduled a deep steam clean and tile clean.

Kevin arrived on time, also texted beforehand to let me know when he was on his way, which I appreciated. I was impressed on his professionalism and the way he immediately started surveying the floors. I didn't have any furniture to move and only had the tile cleaned with water instead of using chemicals, which was recommended by Kevin to save me some money. House was still new-ish, so the tile and grout still looked good. Overall, it was $400 for my 2400sqft one-story home. I expected a higher price because in my mind, the carpets were horrid, but maybe it wasn't that bad.

ALL of the stains were removed, tile was cleaned and I couldn't be happier. Kevin hustled and was done in 2 hours. Will schedule with them again in the future.

  This carpet cleaning service is the very best. Norbert is honest, informative and reliable. I have a dog who has spotted my carpets. The stains were removed. I did have a a large stain on my light colored carpet in my office from a leak in my printer. The stain happened after I had made the appointment therefore did not inform Norbert of this stain. He came and cleaned my carpets but did not have the product he needed with him and said he would be back. He returned and as promised removed the black ink.
I wanted to pay him or at least tip him. He refused.
